Saidia Holiday Rentals began with two homes, one family, and a simple frustration: too many rentals looked nothing like their photos. We set out to do it honestly.

We're a family business rooted in the Oriental region. What started as looking after a relative's apartment for summer visitors grew, by word of mouth, into a small collection of homes we're proud to put our name on.
We still do the unglamorous parts ourselves — the deep cleans, the meet-and-greets, the midnight "the Wi-Fi's playing up" calls. That's on purpose. Being here, all year, is the only way to keep a promise about a place.
When you book with us you're talking to people who grew up swimming off this beach and know exactly which café does the best breakfast msemen.

We'd rather do a few homes brilliantly.
We could list dozens of properties we've never set foot in. We don't. Our collection stays small on purpose so that every guest gets the same care, and every home stays up to the standard our name is on.
It means we sometimes say "we're full those dates" — but it also means we never say "sorry, that's not how the photos looked."
