How do I book a stay?
Start with an enquiry — tell us your dates, group size and any home you like the look of. We'll reply (usually the same day) with real availability, an all-in price and the booking terms. Your stay is confirmed once you've accepted those terms and paid the agreed deposit.
Is there a deposit, and how do payments work?
Yes. We take a deposit to confirm your dates, with the balance due before or on arrival — the exact split and accepted payment methods are set out in the written booking terms we send with your quote. A refundable security/damage hold may also apply to some homes; if so, it's clearly stated up front and returned after check-out subject to the property being left as found.
What are check-in and check-out times?
Standard check-in is from 3:00 pm and check-out by 11:00 am. We do in-person, keys-in-hand welcomes wherever possible, so you meet a real local face. Early check-in or late check-out is sometimes possible depending on the schedule — just ask and we'll do our best.
Are pets allowed?
Some of our homes are happy to welcome a well-behaved pet, and others aren't — it depends on the owner. Please tell us about your pet when you enquire (type, size) and we'll point you to the pet-friendly options. Assistance animals are always welcome.
Are the homes suitable for families with young children?
Very much so — Saïdia's gently shelving beach is one of the safest on the Moroccan coast for little ones. Many homes can add a travel cot or high chair on request, and we're happy to advise on the most family-friendly layouts (fenced pools, ground-floor bedrooms, quiet streets).
How do I get to Saïdia?
The closest airport is Oujda–Angad (OUD), roughly a 45–60 minute drive away, with connections to several European and Moroccan cities. Nador (NDR) is another option a little further out. We can arrange a trusted airport transfer or point you to reliable taxis — just let us know your flight details.
What's included in the home?
All our stays are self-catering and come fully equipped: fresh bed linen and towels, a working kitchen, Wi-Fi and air-conditioning as standard, plus a starter supply of basics. Each listing spells out its own amenities — pool, parking, sea view and so on — and we're always honest about what a home does and doesn't have.
When is the best time to visit?
Saïdia shines from late spring to early autumn. June and September are the sweet spot — warm sea, long days and fewer crowds than peak July–August. Spring and autumn are lovely for golf and walking; winters are mild and very quiet. Our newsletter shares seasonal tips if you'd like a nudge at the right moment.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancellation terms vary by home and season and are always stated clearly in the booking terms you receive before you pay — no surprises. If plans change, talk to us early; we'll do what we reasonably can to help.
Do you charge booking or service fees?
No platform-style booking fees. The price we quote is the price for the stay, with any refundable security hold or optional extras (like transfers) listed separately and transparently. Because you book directly with us, there's no middle-man mark-up.
