These Terms of Use govern your use of the website saidiaholidayrentals.com (the "Site"), operated by Saidia Holiday Rentals. By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Important: these are website terms only. They are not your rental agreement. The specific terms for any stay — pricing, deposit, cancellation, house rules and guest responsibilities — are provided to you separately in writing at the enquiry and booking-confirmation stage, and those booking terms govern your reservation.

1. Using the Site

You may browse the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse it — for example by attempting to disrupt it, access it unlawfully, scrape its content at scale, or use it to send spam.

2. Property information & availability

We take care to describe our homes honestly and to photograph them as they really are. Even so, details such as prices, availability and amenities can change, and occasional errors happen. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer; a booking exists only once we have confirmed it in writing and any required deposit terms are met.

3. Enquiries are not bookings

Submitting the enquiry form starts a conversation — it does not reserve a property or create a contract. We'll reply with availability and the applicable booking terms. A reservation is confirmed only per those separate booking terms.

4. Intellectual property

The Site's design, text, logo and our own photography are owned by or licensed to Saidia Holiday Rentals and may not be copied or reused without permission. Some imagery may be licensed from third-party photographers or stock libraries and remains the property of its respective owners.

5. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites (for example maps or travel resources). We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or privacy practices.

6. Limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, or from reliance on information that later proves inaccurate. This does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, nor your statutory rights.

7. Privacy

Our use of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Site at the time you use it applies. We'll revise the "Last updated" date when we make changes.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
